Q: How long do I have to wait until my grill grate order ships?

A: Because we make every grill grate custom and in the order they are received, manufacturing time is generally around 2-3 weeks. Grates ordered in the spring or summer months (our busiest time) can take up to 4 weeks to complete. Shipping is from our facility in Sidney, Ohio, and we ship UPS ground. Faster manufacturing time and shipping can be requested but may cost an additional fee.

Q: Do you make round or any other shape grates?

A: We are looking at making round and oval grates starting in Spring/Summer 2023! Please email stainlessgrillgrate@gmail.com for a quote.

Q: Will you ship it to me outside of the continental United States?

A: Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to AK or HI. Shipping internationally is subject to many 'border' fees, and because we charge a flat rate for shipping we do not have a way to make up the extra cost. For similar reasons, we are unable to ship to AK or HI. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Q: Can I get a quote for my grill grate? 

A: Yes, through this website. Pricing is based on your grill grate's area and can be seen in the drop-down menu above any "Buy Now" button on the website. First, find your grill grate's area by multiplying width x depth, and then find the area band your grate fits in to find the price. Add $24 for shipping to all orders. For large grates or if you have a custom request, please contact us.

Q: Can I have my grate made in more than two (2) pieces?

A: Yes! We will make your grate in 3 or more pieces for a small additional cost. 
If you would like multiple pieces, put in the total grate dimensions when ordering and select your correct area band in TWO pieces (if applicable). Follow up on your order by emailing stainlessgrillgrate@gmail.com and stating how many pieces you prefer. If there is an upcharge, they will let you know in a reply to your email. For larger grates (801 square inches and above), please specify # of pieces in a comment to the seller (if you have a Paypal account) when you reach PayPal or in a follow-up email to us at stainlessgrillgrate@gmail.com

Q: How do I order a grate over 1,400 square inches or that needs larger 5/16" or 3/8" bars instead of the normal 1/4"?

A: If you plan on grilling heavy items, have a grate with a depth over 30", or would like an extra strong grill grate, we do make grills with 5/16" and 3/8" diameter bars that are extra heavy duty. Grill grates this size cost considerably more than the standard 1/4" grill grates, please email us for a quote and to discuss your needs.

Q: Why Am I getting this PayPal error?!?

A: PayPal cannot process this transaction because of a problem with the seller's website. Please contact the seller directly to resolve this problem. The most common reason for this error message is that you did not select an Area/Pricing band from the drop-down menu above the "Buy Now" button. Please retry your order making sure you select an area band. If you have selected a pricing band, this could indicate a problem with our PayPal button, so please contact us for ordering instructions and so we can fix our website!
