This product is the real deal, and it comes with great customer service. After trying out (and returning) cheaper alternatives on Amazon, I bought a set of custom grates last year and have been very happy with the results. The grates have held up well, both in every day cook scenarios and in my high-heat pizza cooks. I just recently made a second purchase, as I needed a different configuration, and I know they will get it done right. Highly recommended.
