I needed a replacement grate that wasn't so high off the flame as the OEM version. DM was the only company that said they'd do it. They took my measurements, asked me some questions over email, sent me a design to approve, and I received it last weekend. The fit was perfect and I look forward to using it. Would definitely recommend.
