Step #1 – Measure Width and Depth

Tips For Measuring Width:
-
Width is measured from side to side.
-
Take measurements in a minimum of 3 places (the grill may bow out or in).
-
Measure from the edge of the grill to the opposite edge.
-
Make sure the number you submit will fit inside the grill by rounding down to the nearest 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", or full inch. There is no need to round down if your number falls on one of these dimensions.
-
Input your dimension in the width field below.

Tips For Measuring Depth:
-
Depth is measured from front to back. This will be the bar length.
-
Take measurements in at least 3 places (the grill may bow out or in).
-
Measure from the edge of the grill to the opposite edge.
-
Make sure the number you submit will fit inside the grill by rounding down to the nearest 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", or full inch. There is no need to round down if your number falls on one of these dimensions.
-
Input your dimension in the depth field below.
Step #2 – Stabilizer Bar

Tips For The Stabilizer Bar:
-
If your grill grate depth is 18" or greater, you need a stabilizer bar.
-
Our larger grill grates have a stabilizer bar welded underneath the grilling bars for added strength.
-
It is attached below the grilling bars and sits below the grate.
-
If your grill has supports on the sides, as in the diagram, we will need to shorten the stabilizer bar so the grate does not rock like a see-saw. We will need to know the dimension "X" in the top-right drawing of the first picture in the picture gallery.
-
If your grill grate only has support in the front and back, as depicted in the bottom-right drawing of the picture, we can leave the stabilizer full length.
